Depth Charge
Don't sink the submarine!
Depth Charge is a simple game, playable in a bar, requiring only a large, beer-filled container, a glass, and more beer.
The game begins by floating the glass, often called the submarine, in the beer filled container—traditionally a pitcher.
Players take turns pouring beer into the glass, as much or as little as they choose. The player to finally sink the glass has “hit a depth charge,” and must drink the contents of the now full glass.
The game continues until enough beer is drank from the pitcher that is it no longer possible to sink the submarine. The remaining beer is distributed equally among players, or refilled for a second game.
