Shoulders
A simple counting game...
Shoulders is a counting game, played in a circle with players either standing or sitting, it doesn’t really matter.
The first player says aloud “one,” while touching either his right or left shoulder using his opposite hand. If he touches his left shoulder, then the player to his left says “two,” again touching either their right or left shoulder with the opposite hand.
Each player may choose whether to send play to right or left, there is no predetermined route.
Seven, Fourteen, and Twenty-One are special, on seven, instead of touching a shoulder, the player instead places both arms in front of them, with one arm above the other. Whichever arm is atop the other dictates the direction of the next player.
On fourteen, the player makes the same arm gesture, except the bottom arm now dictates direction.
On Twenty-one, the player may simply point at someone. That person drinks, and begins a new game with “one.”
Whenever a person messes up or hesitates for too long, they drink, and begin play over with “one.”
